Cancellation Policy
We have a cancellation policy as this is our livelihood and we schedule appointments that hold days, when customers cancel last minute or do not show to a confirmed appointment, that spot could have been given to another customer wanting in.
Our policy is, if you need to cancel your appointment, you must cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee. Also if you confirmed your appointment and you do not show up, you will be charged a $50 fee for holding the day and time that another customer could have been scheduled for.
